Located at the north east side of Scugog, on Washburn Island, accessed by a year round road. This immaculately kept cottage offers plenty of living space on three separate levels - plus a lovely landscaped garden yard with hot tub and wonderful westerly views of the lake with incredible sunsets. Enjoy your early morning coffee in the court yard with the sounds of the waterfall and the warmth of the morning sun. Off season weekend bookings may be available.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere are four bedrooms. The master is a king size bed and is on the second floor - with a private walk out deck overlooking the lake. The second bedroom on this level is a queen size bed. There is a four piece (shower/tub) on this level. On the main level there is a bedroom with a king size bed, and a two piece powder room. The lower level has a rec room with walk out, and a fourth bedroom area (not enclosed) with a king size bed. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

AmenitiesFully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, watercooler and extras like pancake griddle. Lovely open living/dining area overlooking the lake, plus a separate seating area. The lower level has a large rec room with comfy furniture and a 33" satellite television. There is a change room on this level which accesses the outdoor hot tub (hot tub is 'eco-friendly, enzyme process). The cottage has high speed internet access and wireless connection as well. Laundry, gas bbqs, phone, outdoor campfire, canoe and kayak, patio furniture, bench swing set. "Infrared Sauna" with "solocarbon" heaters on lower level.

Waterfront & SwimmingThe waterfront is approx. 50' wide with a new 56' dock. Some shallow entry beside the dock near the shore - over sandy/gravel bottom with some weed growth and soft bottom as you proceed out, fairly gradual slope. About 4' deep at end of the dock. Dock is suitable for tying up watercraft. Washburn island sandy shallows - a popular swimming spot for boaters on the lake - is just a few minutes away. Marinas on lake for boat rentals. Two launch sites short distance from cottage for boat launching.
