General DescriptionSituated on beautiful Cameron Lake, minutes from Fenelon Falls, this comfortable family cottage is set on a very large open, grassy lot with lots of room to play. The cottage has spacious rooms with a large living/TV room with a fireplace and a clear view of the lake. This room is used as a hobby area in the off season. A small den off the lower level living room has a sofa bed for extra sleeping. A large kitchen/dining area - and lots of amenities. Excellent property for an extended family.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere are 5 bedrooms - three on the main level. The master has a king and a second main floor bedroom with a queen bed and the third has 2 twin beds. There is a two piece and a four piece (tub & shower) bathrooms on the main floor. The lower level has one bedroom with a queen bed and a second room with a double bunk and an additional single bed. Den has a double sofa bed. One three piece (shower) bathroom on this level.

AmenitiesVery well equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. The upper living area has fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, large windows with open view of the lake. Sliding glass doors take you out to a dining deck with patio furniture and gas BBQ. Lower level living room also has a fire place, satellite TV, DVD player, large windows and walkout to the waterfront. Telephone, campfire pit and basketball net. In low season the rec room is set up for "Crafters Weekends" which can accommodate 12 sewing tables, two cutting tables, a design wall and 2 ironing boards,

Waterfront & SwimmingCottage waterfront is accessed from level grassy area. Shallow entry into the water from sandy play area with some stony/gravel bottom (patio stones to access deeper water). Extended docks accommodate most boats (shown in the first picture only), approx 4' water depth at end of the dock. Some weed growth at end of dock. Excellent lake for boating on the Trent Canal System- Marinas on lake.
