Waterfront & SwimmingThis cottage has approximately 285' feet of lake frontage with a path/walkway from a slightly elevated cottage to a beach area that increases in size as the summer season progresses (as water levels drop). Access to/from the waterfront and cottage may be a little rugged for those that have difficulty walking. Photos on web page taken in late fall with lower water levels. Water levels in early summer will be higher and some years, may not provide much beach area.

Guest Comments"We like the privacy and the fact that there is a sand beach with gradual access to the water. A beach is not always easy to find! We stayed in this cottage back in 2005 and the only reason we haven't been back before now, 2011, is that we like to try out different locations. So far this cottage is one of the best that we have tried. It is clean, well kept and comfortable. The beach and water access are awesome and it is quite private. I am sure that we will return to this cottage at some point. Thanks for a great week."

"The cottage was clean and outfitted exactly as described in the listing. Photos represented the property very well. We really appreciated the privacy of the location, the quiet neighbours, the view and the fabulous deck, the sandy beach, the crystal clear water - perfect for swimming and "floating" - the canoe, the barbecue, the fire pit by the water and the homey but clean interior of the cottage and the well-equipped kitchen with good quality appliances."

" . . a fabulous place for a low key family vacation. The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable but the best part was the beach at the water's edge, the lake was great for swimming and the canoe was much appreciated."

"We were very pleased with this cottage. Of course the weather didn't hurt. It was a clean and tidy cottage with many magazines & books for us to browse through after the kids went to bed. If we didn't want to try different locations, we would definitely consider returning to this cottage! Thanks so much. This is the second time we have used your services, and both times we have very prompt, efficient and very helpful service."

"We loved the place and had a really good time. The owner was also very friendly when I called to tell him that the raft had drifted away between Friday night and early Saturday morning. Huge piece of lake frontage and a terrific sandy beach, making this a great waterfront for the family. Thanks to all for a really good vacation experience."

"The cottage and property was beautiful. The pictures didn't do it justice."

"The cottage was clean, spacious and the surroundings provided something for everyone. The beach and shallow shoreline were perfect for my young son. It was a very memorable vacation for our family. We enjoyed the decks, the dock, the beach, the boat, and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a bonus having a canoe and life jackets as we did not have to pack those items."
