Lots of outside living space in screened porch and extensive decking. Loft bedroom overlooks living room - great views of the lake. Marina on lake. Approx. 40 min to town of Haliburton. Nearby Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve for hiking, mountain biking etc.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms3 Bedrooms. One main floor bedroom has a double bed, the second main floor bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a lower double bed/upper single bed. The loft bedroom, open to the living room below, has a Queen size bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the cottage. 1 1/2 Bathrooms. The main floor bathroom is a 4 piece with shower, Jacuzzi tub, toilet and sink. There is also a toilet and sink on the loft level, open to the bedroom.

The lake bottom is firm, gradually sloping and sandy with some exposed beach area depending on water levels. Stone patio at shoreline. Large deck/floating dock with clean deep water swimming. Southerly exposure.

We loved the dock area- it was nice to have such a large area to sit by the lake. The picnic table with the umbrella provided shade if needed. The view from the cottage deck was wonderful. The shallow area in the water was great for my son to play in. We enjoyed our canoe and paddle boat rides as well. And the cottage had all the amenities of home!! We are interested in renting this cottage again for the same week in July 2006. We had a lovely time there.”

"Walking through the front door and seeing the lake through the floor to 2nd story window was beautiful and a wonderful way to start our vacation. The fenced and gated deck at te back of the cottage is practical and really met our needs with the dogs.
