General DescriptionThis modern, chalet style cottage sits on a lovely point of land with a south/southwesterly exposure and has a combination of lawns and tree cover and excellent privacy with over 300' shoreline. Approximately 14 terraced steps to shoreline. The cottage has a spacious, modern interior on 3 levels and is well appointed. There is a living room/dining area facing the lake, a separate rec room area off of the kitchen. Approximately 20 minutes south of Bancroft. Marina on lake for boat/motor rentals. Excellent fishing.

The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with a double bed and also have a walkout deck. There is also a double size sofa bed in the basement. 2 1/2 Bathrooms. 4 piece with shower and tub on both the main floor and the lower (walkout) level. There is a 2 piece bath on the second floor.
