General DescriptionWonderful family cottage on beautiful Mountain Lake. This three bedroom, immaculately kept property is set on a level lot (.5 acre) with tall trees, and has a lovely sandy waterfront for children. The cottage is spacious, and well equipped with all the modern conveniences. In addition to the main level living area, there is a lower level rec room area with TV, DVD player and an air hockey table. There is boating access into Horseshoe Lake and very good fishing in this lake system for Large and Smallmouth Bass, Lake Trout, Perch and Whitefish. It is a short 5 - 10 minute drive to the town of Minden for shopping and activities. End of stay cleaning service (mandatory - $100 charge).

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere are three bedrooms on two levels. The main floor bedroom has a double bed. The upper floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom with a double/single bunk combination - and trundle double bed (room sleeps five). The main floor has a two piece powder room and the main bathroom on the second floor has a four piece (tub and shower).
