Spacious living/dining/kitchen area on the main floor with a gas fireplace and walk out deck overlooking the water, where you can sit and enjoy the sunsets. The back of the cottage is beautifully landscaped and there is a tree house deck above the garage, with patio furniture.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere is a king bed in the main floor bedroom with a two piece (toilet/sink) ensuite. There is a full four piece (shower and tub) bathroom on the main level as well. On the lower level there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a family room with a double sofa bed. Both rooms have a view of the water.

AmenitiesThe cottage is well equipped and furnished. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave and water cooler. TV (in the family room) with cable, DVD. Two gas fireplaces (one in main floor living room and one in family room). There is a gas BBQ, patio furniture, outdoor campfire pit. The cottage is located close to the town of Midland and Historic Penetanguishene, which offer convenient shopping, live theatre, two public golf courses, good restaurants, Roger's movie rental and a mulitplex theatre.

Guest Comments"This cottage has a beautiful location on Georgian Bay with a southwest exposure. The deck facing the lake is perfect for relaxing and eating. It also has a deck at the front of the cottage for the morning sun which works perfectly if it is too windy at the beach. This deck is always warm and sunny. This is a beautiful cozy cottage for a small group. It is well equipped and very clean. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful and I would definitely rent it again."
