Waterfront & SwimmingApproximately 100' of shoreline. The area directly in front of the cottage has a cement/stone breakwall and step into shallow water (approx 1' deep) with sandy/stone bottom and gradual slope into deeper water (weedy as you progress into deeper water in the bay). There is a small dock to the side of the property with deeper water (approx 3.5' - 4' deep). Docking is suitable for a boat of approximately 16'. The nearest boat launch facility is located at 'Reach Harbour' across the lake. The cottage is equipped with a canoe, two kayaks, and an aluminum boat with oars.
