Brand new executive vacation home on Walkers Point in a protected bay with wonderful southeasterly views. This custom design is stunning with vaulted ceilings, wood floors, sunken living room, stone fireplace, designer kitchen with granite counter tops, brand new appliances - the list goes on. Fully equipped with all of the amenities of a home, beautifully furnished and finished. (Property was just being finished at time of photos). The main floor has two bedrooms and a three piece bathroom. The second floor has a large loft area overlooking the living room, plus two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A third room upstairs is available as a nursery/study. In addition, there is a two slip boat house with a roof top deck, and a rec room with wet bar and fridge - with additional sleeping. The main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a double/single bunk bed combination. There is a three piece (toilet, sink, shower) bathroom on this level. Upstairs there is a master with a queen bed, and a four piece (tub/shower, toilet & sink) ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the loft is another queen bed, a three piece bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and a fifth room that can be used as a nursery or study. In the boat house on the upper level is a rec room with wet bar/fridge and a single bed and a futon.

Approximately 104' frontage, natural shoreline. The waterfront is accessed by approx. 20 steps to the boat house roof top and 15 more to the lower docks. The boat house has two slips (18'). Clean, deep water swimming from end of dock (approx.8' deep), with some shallow wadeable area off to the left beside the larger deck area. Steps into water at shore - water depth about 1' deep at shore. Boat house has upper deck as well. Boat with oars, paddle boat available. Marina on lake for boat rentals or boat launch.
