General DescriptionWith 1000' of shoreline on a point of land, this timberframe cottage offers privacy, stunning views and the charm and character of a traditional cottage. The property is level with tall trees, natural ground cover and lots of room to explore and play. The main deck/dock area has deep water swimming and southerly exposure, the point of land has sitting areas to capture the sunsets and along the westerly side of the point is a lovely cove with shallow, sandy beach area, adjacent to crown land. The four bedroom (plus bunkie) cottage has just recently been built (some minor trim finishing not done on upper level), features alderwood hardwood floors, beamed, vaulted ceilings on the main floor, open kitchen/dining area with stainless steel appliances, maple cupboards and granite counter. A screened porch along the front of the cottage faces the lake. Lakefield is approximately 15 minutes away.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a large bedroom with two double futon beds, and a third bedroom with a single bed and a single floor mattress. There is a three piece (shower/toilet/sink) bathroom on this level as well. A separate bunkie has a double bed.

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox. 1000' of shorelilne. Clean deep water swimming from main deck and dock (dock not attached to deck in photos), southerly exposure. On west side of point there is another dock with some shallow entry, and then further along the shore there is a sandy cove area with sand beach (depending on water levels and time of year), firm sand bottom with gradual slope, swim raft anchored in deeper water.
