General Description

Wonderfully restored family cottage on Sturgeon Lake with all the charm and character of a traditional cottage, plus the modern conveniences we've come to enjoy on vacation. Spacious rooms including a lovely sun room/screened porch overlooking the lake. Stone fireplace in main living room. Open concept kitchen with a view of the lake. Set on a level lot with open grassy areas with easy access to Fenelon Falls and the Kawartha towns and attractions.

There are four bedrooms, all on the upper level of the cottage. There are two queen beds, one double bed and the fourth room has a Double/Single bunk combination. There is a three piece (shower, toilet, sink) bathroom on this upper level as well. On the main level adjacent to the kitchen porch is a second two piece bathroom.

The kitchen is also well equipped and when we arrived the entire cottage was spotless. The kids had a great time swimming in the lake and using the paddle boat.
