General Description This charming chalet style log cottage is set among tall pine trees with stunning views of beautiful Lake Kushog. Large wrap around deck extends the living space along with a large deck/dock at the shoreline and a bunkie set a few feet from the shore's edge. The cottage living area has vaulted ceiling, all log construction interior with wood floors and ceilings. There is a main floor bedroom, a loft (open to the living area) and a bedroom in the lower (parially unfinished level) along with two bunkies. Great privacy and outstanding views. Approximately 5-10 minutes to town of Carnarvon and 15-20 to town of Minden.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThe main floor has the master (queen) bedroom. The loft (open to the living area below) has two single beds (low ceilings) accessed by ladder. On the lower level (partially finished basment) is a bedroom with a queen bed. (bedroom is accessed from exterior of cottage only). There is a bunkie set at the shore with a queen bed and a second bunkie at the lake with a set of single bunk beds, plus one single bed. One three piece bathroom on the main level of the cottage (toilet, sink, shower) plus an outdoor cedar shower.

Large deck/dock at the shore with primarily clean, deep water swimming from dock. There are steps into the water at the shore on the side of the dock with limited shallow entry, deepens quickly.

Lakefront, beautiful and cozy cottage, loved the pine throughout, well stocked with games and movies for rainy days and lazy days. We had a great week! We enjoyed the swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and just relaxing! Walking down Leisure Lane was beautifully peaceful!"
