Waterfront & Swimming

Approx. 600' of shoreline on a point of land. The beach area to the left of the dock has a lovely sandy area, along with a sand bottom and gradual slope. (Water levels in these photos are down considerably from normal July/Aug - by approx 2-3' ). In addition there is a dock and boat house dock (boat house not available for renter use) for tying up boats. Not shown in current photos is an additional dock section, which links the main dock to the point of land. Lots of room for sitting out and sunning.

Guest Comments

"The photos of the property were excellent and gave us all the info we needed to know. We loved the wraparound porch with screened windows all around. The view was spectacular and so nice to look at while eating supper there. We loved the dock and the canoe was a big hit with everyone. We would probably rent it if there were enough family members interested. Everyone had an amazing time and it was so relaxing! Unfortunately the beach was covered with water as the lake levels were high. Our grandson was looking forward to playing in the sand."

"We liked the amount of space, the outside decks, the row boat and canoe, the lake, the loons. the inside verandah and ping-pong. Nice chipmunks. 2 weeks without a washing machine was a bit tricky, though we did use the Laundromat. Liked the eclectic mix of furniture and crockery. Electric fans in all the bedrooms would be really good.
Fantastic cottage holiday, with great lake swimming and boating."
