General DescriptionVery comfortable chalet style family cottage set on a well treed lot with westerly views of Lake Kennisis. This cottage has two levels with the main living areas on the lower level with a walk out to the deck and grounds. Lovely wood walls and vaulted ceililngs and stone floor to ceiling fireplace. Large deck off of the living/dining area. There is a large deck/dock at the shoreline with clean, deep water swimming. Approx. 15 min to West Guilford and 30 min to Haliburton. Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve located nearby - lots of hiking, biking and canoeing opportunities in the park.

The second bedroom has a double with a walk out as well. There is a three piece bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) on this upper level as well. On the main (lower) level is a third bedroom with two single beds.
