General DescriptionSet on a point of land with southerly and easterly exposure and over 250' of shoreline - this family cottage has an outstanding panorama of lake views. The cottage is a vintage '70's bungalow with back split to the three bedrooms (down three steps) and open kitchen/dining and living room. There is a sauna and shower in the unfinished lower level - along with a fourth bedroom. Two walls of windows overlooking the point provide the panorama views - and there is a walkout to a patio on one side. The property is quite private - open grassy areas plus tall trees.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere are three bedrooms on the main level - down three steps from the living/kitchen area. One bedrom has a queen bed, one has a double and the third has a set of double/single bunks. There is a four piece bathroom on this level (tub/shower, toilet & sink). On the lower level (accessible only by outside steps) is a shower and sauna and a fourth bedroom with a set of single bunks. (Note - lower level is only partially finished basement).

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox. 250' of shoreline on a point of land. The east side has a boat house (not available for renter use) and steps into the lake (water shoes recommended zebra mussels) and can be quite weedy. On the south shore there is a dock with sandy bottom and clean swimming with 3-4' water depth at the end (ladder).
