The cottage has wood floors and walls - vaulted living room celing and a wall of windows overlooking the large wrap around deck and lakefront. The kitchen has been recently renovated. Easy access to the waterfront which has a small sandy beach as well as deep water swimming from the dock. A short drive to Coboconk.

AmenitiesThe newly renovated kitchen has fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. Laundry. Booster seat and playpen. Phone. Televiison, DVD, VCR. Airtight fireplace. Deck, dock, patio furniture, bbq, 15' 6" canoe, 14' (4 person) aluminum boat and 2 "sea" style kayaks - one 6' and one 10'. Oars and paddles provided as well as 4, universal sized adult life jackets. There are some additional recreational facilities at the community centre in Burnt River including a small childrens playground set and baseball diamond.

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox. 112' of frontage with westerly exposure accessed by 15 terraced steps over grassy lawn area. Small sandy beach off to the left of the property with sandy bottom and gradual slope, more beach as the water levels recede over the course of the summer. Dock is 36' long - 4' deep off end. There is now an 8X10 shoreline deck attached to the dock as well (not shown in photos).

Guest Comments"Very good pictures - we especially appreciated the pictures of the bedrooms- this enabled us to allocate rooms before arrival. Easy access to the water, clean cottage, comfortable beds, quality appliances in working order, kitchen well stocked with crockery and cutlery. We all enjoyed it. Fishing was good and the children had fun with the water toys. "
