There are three bedrooms, all on the upper floor. The master has a queen bed, gas fireplace. The second bedroom has a double bed with a single, and walk out to small deck. The third bedroom has a queen bed and two single beds and a walk out to a small deck. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a four piece bathroom on this level - heated floors, separate tub and shower. On the main level is another four piece bathroom, tub/shower, toilet & sink.

Approximately 60' of frontage, accessed across level lawn area from the tri-level deck area. Shallow, sandy entry, gradual slope to 4' deep at end of dock and 5' off the swim raft. Beyond end of dock, can be weedy as season progresses. Excellent sandy public beach within paddling distance.
