There are 3 spacious bedrooms in this cottage. On the main floor is the large, bright master bedroom with king size bed, sitting area, flat panel TV, gas fireplace and spacious ensuite bath. There are two bedrooms located on the upper level, one with a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there is another full bathroom on the upper level as well as a powder room on the main floor.

Now completed, The Clubhouse is the main recreational building that will house the billiards and games rooms, library, sitting area and main fireplace. Walkways along the shoreline, along the dock area and through the trees from one end to the other.
