The cottage is set on a treed, elevated lot (terrain may not be suitable for young children), with northwesterly exposure. A Bunkie located a few feet from the back door provides additional sleeping. Located on Kennebec Lake in eastern Ontario.

Bedrooms & bathrooms
There are two bedrooms in the main cottage one queen, one double), both with ceiling fans. There is a three-piece (shower, toilet & sink) bathroom in the main cottage. The Bunkie has a set of single bunks and a single trundle bed.

Waterfront & Swimming
Approximately 400’ of shoreline, accessed by foot path through trees and down to the water’s edge. Twelve wood stairs onto the deck/dock and a 5’ wide, 36’ long floating dock (stairs and dock not shown in current photos), ladder, provide deep water swimming from the end of the dock. Lily pad/reed growth off to the sides, water bottom near shore is rocky.
