Bedrooms & bathrooms
The first main floor bedroom (lakeside) has a queen bed. The second main floor bedroom has a single over double bed bunk bed. The third main floor bedroom (driveway side) has a queen bed, and two-piece ensuite. Also on this level there is a four-piece bathroom with walk in shower and tub.The lower level offers a queen size bed. (additional lower level bathroom not currently available for renter use.) All bedrooms are comfortably furnished and finished.

Waterfront & Swimming
Land locked Clearwater Lake is approximately 7.4kms in perimeter with an average lake depth of 44ft. You can fish for lake trout, smallmouth and largemouth bass from the end of the 10 ft dock with ladder for deep water swimming. The 100 ft of waterfront offers clean water swimming and sandy bottom. Please note- renters may not bring watercraft or rent watercraft at this cottage.
