The two buildings with all the activities and firepit, it gives a camp like feel. There are lots of board games as well.
The cottage is a short 160m walk to Little Gull Marina on private cottage road to access 13 square km of lakes and use of the pool. The marina has fishing boat rentals and also has launch/boat slip available to rent for own personal boat. This cottage offers access to biking and walking trails. ATV trails located 5 minutes north on HWY 507. Just 20 minutes south is the town of Buckhorn, where you can golf and dine at the water locks. There is Kawartha Winery which has free wine tasting/patio on way to Buckhorn.

This is a one level cottage. First bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Second bedroom has a double bed and twin bunk bed. There is an additional 7’ x 8’ curtain off room on insulated sundeck enclosure with loft twin size bed which includes closet and dresser underneath. Cottage has one four-piece bathroom. The Bunkie close by offers another bedroom, for additional sleeping, with a queen bed and a futon bed. Bunkie has TV with firestick, Alexa Music, fireplace, table/chairs and bar fridge.

Full kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining table with 6 seats and 42”x 70” kitchen island with 4 seats, Two outdoor BBQs off the large deck by the kitchen. Two TV's, 55” located in the main cottage and 42” in the Bunkie, which included Netflix, movies, stations through the firestick and Alexa music. High speed internet (very strong signal), Campfire pit, indoor fireplace. Renters can arrange docking for their personal boats at Little Gull Lake Marina. Outdoor activities included basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, badminton and bocce ball. Many excellent shops and restaurants in Bobcaygeon, 33.4 kms from cottage.

Waterfront & Swimming
A short walk (approximately 160M) to Little Gull Lake Marina, you can enjoy shallow, firm, sandy (a few rocks noted) to wade into the water. There is no swimming at the Marina. Short boat ride or paddle out to a sand beach which varies from 15 feet in June to max 40 feet wide at the end of summer. Mississauga Lake, which joins onto Lake Catchacoma and Gold Lake, offers great fishing for small and large mouth bass, lake trout and walleye. There is one canoe and 4 kayaks, that can be launched from Gull Lake Marina. Additional boats can be rented from marina.
