This cottage has a bedroom on the main floor of the cottage with a queen-sized bed. A second main floor bedroom with a double bed and a set of twin bunk beds. There is one four-piece bathroom located on the main floor of the cottage. The Bunkie offers the third bedroom, for additional sleeping, with a queen bed and a double bed futon. Bunkie has TV with firestick, fireplace and Bar Fridge. Alexa Music in Bunkie. No washroom located in Bunkie.

Full kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and 42”x 70” kitchen island with seating 2 outdoor BBQs on the large deck just off the kitchen. Two TV's, one located in the main cottage and one in the Bunkie, which included Netflix, movies, Alexa music and stations through the firestick. High speed internet (very strong signal), Campfire pit, indoor fireplace. Renters can arrange docking for their personal boats at Little Gull Lake Marina. Outdoor activities included basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, badminton and bocce ball. Many excellent shops and restaurants in Bobcaygeon, 33.4 kms from cottage.

Waterfront & Swimming
A short walk (approximately 160M) to Little Gull Lake Marina, you can enjoy shallow, firm, sandy (a few rocks noted) to wade into the water. There is no swimming at the marina. The marina does offer rentals. Short boat ride or paddle out to an amazing sand bar which is varies from 15 feet in June to max 40 feet wide at the end of summer. Mississauga Lake, which joins onto Lake Catchacoma, offers great fishing for small and large mouth bass, lake trout and walleye. One canoe, and 4 kayaks, that can be launched from Gull Lake Marina.
