Bedrooms & bathrooms
There are three bedrooms and one washroom in this cottage. The Master bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, the second bedroom also on the main floor has a double bed. There is a bedroom on the lower level walk-out with 2 double beds. There is also a set of bunk beds (not in a bedroom) on the lower level. There is one 4 piece washroom on the main level with tub/shower, toilet and sink.

Waterfront & Swimming
There is approximately 200' of waterfront accessed by 9 steps down from the upper deck to a gentle sloping lot with 20 stepping stones to the water's edge. Mostly deep water entry from rock retention wall (water levels may be lower as the summer progresses). The depth is approximately 6' off the end of the dock with ladder. There is a small island that can be accessed with the watercraft which includes a canoe, 2 kayaks, a paddleboard and paddleboat. There is also a 12' x 12' floating dock for renter use.
