General Description

This cottage is located on motor restricted Sharon Lake, just north of Minden, just under 1 km from Hwy 35 and is the 2nd last cottage on a quiet, dead-end road which separates the cottage from it's private waterfront and swimming area. The main living area is on the middle level of this chalet style cottage and contains the main bedroom, kitchen and living areas along with the 2 piece bathroom. Overlooking the living room is the loft bedroom. The lower level with walkout contains a small rec room and third bedroom and the 3 piece (shower) bath.

"The photos and description were excellent. There were many great features....the cottage was really lovely and spacious and clean. The deck around the upper level was great. Beach area was nice and sandy, dock and floating dock were terrific, sitting area had either sun or shade... so perfect. The fact it was nice and private, for me, was special. Also, the fire pit was fun for our singing campfire. Lovely cottage...lake great size for families, not too intimidating if you have young children. Not far to drive town if you need supplies etc. Almost forgot, the cottage was extremely well equipped with kitchen appliances, pots, pans, dishes etc. I felt like the home was truly loved by the owners!"
