The living areas have excellent furnishings including some leather furniture, and numerous facilities. It has a private lot and a west facing waterfront and is located just 15 to 20 minutes from the community of Haliburton. Cleaning service available on request for additional charge.

"The cottage is large and comfortable and excellent for children. There is even a safety gate to put over the stairs! We had a wonderful time in spite of rather cool weather. This meant it was not a beach holiday as expected. But we took advantage of the numerous golf courses, took the kids to the park at Eagle Lake and Haliburton, and could have taken them to see the wolves in the Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Preserve. We will do it another year. There is lots to do in the area both for adults and children."
