General DescriptionLarge, well maintained log home has a distinctly cottagey atmosphere with pine floors and walls and stone fireplace and has had a recent addition of a new living/kitchen area. Features include spacious living/kitchen rooms, large screened porch with eating facilities and a well treed lot and lovely sand beach waterfront. Main cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (master has ensuite). Guest cottage has two bedrooms, one bathroom. Located 20 minutes north of Haliburton near the village of Fort Irwin. Marina on lake for rentals.

Guest Comments”The cottage was wonderful for our large group. The layout allowed us to put the kids to bed and not worry about waking them up as we were on the other side of the cottage. The screened in porch was also wonderful for playing and relaxing. The best part though was the beach. We would highly recommend this cottage for families with young children.
We all had a wonderful time at this cottage. Again, we had a great experience and as first time renters we were all very satisfied with our vacation.
