This cottage has hardwood and ceramic tile floors, lots of windows, and a screened deck/Muskoka room facing the water that captures the afternoon sun. With all the modern amenties, a large rec room as well as spacious main living/kitchen/dining room and a lovely modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining room in a bay area with large, screened windows. Approximately 15 minutes to Bracebridge.

Bedrooms & BathroomsFive bedrooms - Master has a king size bed - on the main level. A second main floor bedroom is a queen bed. There is a two piece ensuite bathroom (toilet/ sink) attached to the main floor family bathroom,( tub/shower and another sink). On the lower level there are two bedrooms with a set of single beds in each, and another queen size bed in the fifth bedroom. On the lower level is a three piece (large walk in shower/toilet/sink) bathroom.

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox. 160' of shoreline, westerly exposure. Natural shoreline with some sand near the dock - suitable for young children to play in the water. There is a rocky edge with shallow entry over stepping stones, onto soft, very gradually sloping bottom. The bay is very shallow with some weed growth, deepening to about 5' feet in the channel that is marked for Wood Lake boaters.

Guest Comments"The cottage was amazing. There was more then enough room for the ten of us. We loved the screened in deck as this was our retreat from the black flies and mosquitoes. It was like being outside but not getting eaten. We had a terrific week and it was hard to leave and come back to reality. We also liked the fact that we could bring our dog with us. She had a great time as well. Thank you Cottage Country, for all your help in planning our vacation. "The cottage was nicer than the pictures could possibly show. The cottage was immaculate, nicely decorated and furnished. Nothing appeared to be someones cast offs. Clean and very comfortable beds/bedrooms. Spacious, airy rooms that we never felt like we were tripping over each other. Great kitchen also. It a pleasure to meet the owner upon arrival and departure. We could see that he took great pride in maintainig the property. The addded personal touch of a welcome card and bottle of wine was very much appreciated. Also as an added bonus, the information binders ,maps, pamphlets and a calendar of events that he printed out were very useful. We were pleasantly surprised to find an abundance of movies and games for our entertainment."
