General DescriptionSimply stunning! This two level, remodelled Panabode cottage retains the feel of a real Muskoka cottage. The character and charm of a log building is further enhanced by outstanding attention to detail in the finishing and furnishings. Amazing antiques, stained glass, light fixtures, fireplace mantle all help create a wonderful atmosphere of days gone by spent relaxing at the cottage. The cottage has a lovely screened gazebo and extensive decking on both levels to enjoy the outdoors. It also has an 'inclinator' which provides an 'outdoor elevator' ride to the waterfront. At the shore there is a sunny boat house room to relax in and enjoy the waterfront. Located just a few minutes from the town of Bala, on Lake Muskoka. (Some train noise audible).

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere is one bedroom on the main floor with two queen beds. On this level is a three piece bathroom (shower, toilet & sink) ensuite to the bedroom. There is also a powder room (toilet & sink) on this level. On the lower level is the master bedroom with a king bed and walk out to the lower patio as well as a fireplace (airtight stove). There is a bedroom with a queen bed accessed from the master and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a four piece bathroom on this level (with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, toilet, sink, bidet).
